What if my order is a gift?
Best gift for everyone! At checkout you can add a gift note. We ship all orders out without pricing information.
Why do some plants ship differently?
You never know what adventures a plant can get into making its way to your home! Most of our small and medium plants ship in the grow pot to allow for a safe and comfy ride all the way to your doorstep. Allowing plants to stay in their original pot while being shipped helps reduce the risk of stress and shock that could happen if they were to be placed in a new pot before leaving the farm.
Most of our plants ship directly potted; they don’t seem to mind and we take extra care in the packing process.
Do I have to repot my plant once it arrives?
No. First, let your plant acclimate to its new environment. Place the plant in the spot you plan to keep it in. Let it settle in for about a week.
After a week, your plant has adjusted - your home’s light levels and temperature differ from our location to yours.
How do I place a large order?
For large orders (quantities greater than 40 plants) school or corporate gifting inquires, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Why is my discount not working at checkout?
Our discount codes cannot be applied to limited edition collections, products made by third party vendors, memberships, and gift cards.
How do your memberships work?
Every month, members receive two new plants and member surprise gifts.
The plants included in our membership program are a mix of those available on nativegrowersnursery.com. We will try our best to provide a variety and not repeat the same plant within a 4 month period.
Members may request the plants they would like to receive to email@example.com and we will do our very best to acquiesce your requests.
After the first purchase, subscribers are charged on the 4th of every month and receive their membership within the month.
*Memberships are on a 2 plant delivery commitment once a month. After your first 2 plant deliveries (two month period), you can cancel your membership at any time in your account. Membership can only be delivered within the contiguous 48 states. Promotions and discounts do not apply to membership purchases.
When will I receive my membership box?
After the first purchase, members will be charged on the 4th of every month, and receive their once a month plant delivery sometime within that month. The flexibility with delivery date allows us to ensure we’re sending the healthiest, happiest plants directly to your doorstep. You will receive an email with tracking information.
How do I pause or cancel my membership?
Memberships are on a once a month re-occurring fee. We have a two month commitment to our members. After your first two months, you can cancel your membership at any time after two months.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes—and they make great gifts! You can gift a 2-month, 4 month, 6 month, 8 month, or 12 month membership. Simply note "Give as a Gift" on your desired membership’s product page to purchase a gift card.
Can I use a promo code or discount code?
No. Discounts cannot be applied to membership unless otherwise stated.
Terms and conditions of membership
By purchasing a membership, you agree and acknowledge that your membership has a initial and recurring payment charge, and you agree that Native Growers Nursery may submit monthly charges to your credit card without further authorization from you, until you notify Native Growers Nursery that you wish to cancel or pause your subscription; provided, however, that you shall not be permitted to cancel your membership until after 2 plant deliveries - that is two months. By purchasing a membership, you hereby accept responsibility for all recurring charges. When you cancel your membership, your cancellation will apply to the next upcoming billing cycle (on the 4th of each month). At this time, you cannot use any promo or discount codes when purchasing a subscription.
