COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to recent developments involving the pandemic in Dade county, we will be adhering to the following policies until further notice:

Deliveries will be curbside or to lobbies of building only. Under no circumstances will the delivery team enter anyone’s homes.

Local delivery is available from 10am to 2pm, Thursday - Saturday, by appointment only.

If you’d like to request a specific time we can take that into consideration, but unfortunately cannot make any guarantees.

• You will receive a text message when the delivery driver is on their way. Please make sure your phone number on file is a phone that can receive text messages. You will receive a notification when the driver arrives, and will be required to either meet them or ensure that a doorman is available to receive the delivery.

If no one will be there to receive the delivery, you may give us permission to leave the plant outside the delivery address in the checkout notes. If no one is there to receive the delivery and no request was made for the scheduled delivery we will be unable to leave it behind, a re-delivery fee will be incurred. 

 

Cancelled orders

Cancelled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee once they have been prepared for delivery. In case of inclement weather, we will automatically reschedule deliveries for a time that we deem safe. We will send out a notification email the day before.
